You can exchange the items that were delivered incorrectly. Please use the accompanying returns form for this. You can use this to order the exchanged product of your choice. Each package includes a returns form which describes the process for returns and exchanges in detail. Place the items, which you want to return, in the original packaging and enclose the completed returns form. Remove the address stick with your details and attach the label featuring the engelbert strauss address.

You can return or exchange all ordered products (excluding specially finished products, technical products that are no longer in their original packaging, worn or soiled or washed clothing), within 30 days.
